The agreement includes the delivery, installation, configuration, adaptation, and implementation of a document and case management system. It also covers staff training as well as service, support, and maintenance services, while containing an option for the migration of MSB‘s current registration system.
The new solution is based on Public 360°, which provides MSB with a shared, comprehensive platform for simple and efficient case and document management.
With Tieto’s solution, MSB will have accessible tools with which the entire organization can work together. Meanwhile, the solution also offers users modern system support with improved traceability and a possibility to adapt administrator support to different types of cases.
The agreement entered into force on 1 September 2016. The duration of the agreement is two years, with an option for a further two years.
