New Flowrox CEO: ”Improved Product Management and Sales Key to Success”

Finnish heavy duty industrial valve and pump manufacturer Flowrox Oy has a new CEO. Mr Jukka Koskela started in his new post on 15 May 2015.

According to Flowrox, one of the strengths of Koskela is his strong experience in market-driven product management.

“I believe that a systematically developed process structure will greatly benefit Flowrox when the company wants to take its production volume to the next level,” Koskela says.

When discussing Flowrox’s goals of future success and growth, Koskela emphasizes the importance of sales.

“Our sales tools must be developed in a way that they become more user-friendly and support the targets of people working closest to the customer,” says Koskela. “It is through these people that our customers see how we serve them and what Flowrox really is all about.”

In addition, Koskela says that Flowrox should try to discover new market segments, products and solutions that could create new opportunities and additional value for the company in the future.

Next week, Koskela will join the Flowrox exhibition team and head to Frankfurt, Germany to attend the Achema 2015, the world leading exhibition for the process industries held between 15–19 June.
